Love handles be gone!

Mondays and Thursdays-Upper Body Program

  • Warm-up/ stretch for 5 minutes
  • pushups 10-20
  • regular crunches 20
  • bench dips 10-20
  • reverse crunches 20
  • stretch abs/lower back
  • repeat 5-10 times
  • cardio (run, bike, swim, walk) 20-30 mins

Tuesdays and Fridays-Legs and Love Handles

  • walk, bike, or jog for 5 mins
  • repeat 4-5 times
  • stretch legs for 5 mins
  • squats 20
  • lunges 10 per leg
  • left crunches 25
  • right crunches 25
  • hip rollers 10 per side
  • stretch abs/lower back
  • cool down walk or bike
  • 5 minute stretch session

Wednesdays-LONG Cardio Days

  • 45-60 minutes walking, running, biking, swimming or combination
